I have lived through the exhaustion of trying to fit into systems that were never built for a mind like mine, and I have come out the other side with something far more useful than another planner or productivity hack.

I am an ICF accredited coach specialising in neurodivergent minds, hormonal change, and the particular kind of overwhelm that comes when your brain and your body stop cooperating at the same time.
